He's also working to help and advise on sustainable aviation and is a director for CarbonNet Zero furthering this important goal.Richard's leadership background, as he explains in this episode has also led him to consult with organisations on Interest Based negotiations and industrial relations.Overall an amazing career, delivered in Richard's typically modest style.
